TIME SAVING STRADIVARIUS SYSTEM

 

You can design your staircase just as usual, and then optimize it with the Stradivarius. Otherwise you often see that those steps are not well designed and then you try and alter some parts of your stairs to improve it; it will usually not turn out as you would like. This is not at all needed in the Stradivarius, you can optimize all expulsions whenever you want.
We have much less wood loss, when marking from a ‘bool’ shelf for example the steps will fit better to each other if the numbers are consecutive. Also the same for bonded plates.
For the cheeks, there's an even larger wood profit, you can buy trees that already have the curve of the cheeks, and so the structural drawing of the wood runs along the curve of the cheeks. With a minimum of above and below wood, the wall cheeks are also less wide because automatically beautiful curves are obtained with the Stradivarius.
Advantage is, much less bonding and cheeks, time saving of 3.5 hours.
There are fewer steps in the corner column, no loose steps to be placed in front of the stairs, saving time by 1 hour.
You can create a driven out stairs with straight handrails, with a big time saving of no less than minimum 3 hours.
Angled stair making is going to be easier with fewer steps in the corner.
Saving of 15 min.
For the adjustable slats against the wall for an open staircase, 2 hours can be saved because the curves do not sag too deep.
Placing the straight handrails is also 1.5 hours faster than the curved railings.
So you save 12 hours and have 15% less wood loss when you apply the Stradivarius to your expelled stairs on standard work. But in styled stairs you'll save much more.
E.g. stairs with a turn can also be made with straight handrails, you'll get an S-shaped turn, very beautiful, and you can still keep the width of the handrail. The amount of time saved is not hard to imagine.
Also for stairs with mouldings and panels on the side of the inner cheeks, with straight handrails, time saved can get up to a multiple of 12 hours.
I really see only benefits and don't know any disadvantages.
Benefits for the manufacturer and especially the customer.
Visually a more beautiful staircase , safer to walk on and made in less time.
